Job Description
Finance Management is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization. Controlling financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting. Analyzing the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position. Evaluating and recommending investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs. Advising management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization. Providing expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities. Presenting findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports that may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings. Ensuring all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time. Selecting and managing relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service.

A Senior Manager typically manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Team Leaders.
Responsibilities Typically Include
- Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the department. Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate work units.
- Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis. Decisions have an impact on work processes and outcomes. Erroneous decisions or recommendations or failure to complete assignments normally result in serious delays and considerable expenditure of additional time, human resources, and funds.
- Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership. Interacts frequently with internal personnel and outside representatives at various levels. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. Interaction typically concerns resolution of operational and scheduling issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree + Twelve years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree + Ten years of relevant experience, or PhD+ Eight years of relevant experience
