Job description

We are looking for an articulate, empathetic and outspoken individual who is comfortable working with large client groups. A Consultant at Glow Worm translates the discovery of client needs, wants, strengths and challenges into their interactions with clients; designing and developing targeted content elements and collateral; facilitating structured and unstructured learning programs; and seeking proactive and ongoing feedback on all initiatives from various stakeholders.

We are a 100% remote organization. This is a remote role involving occasional travel; local, domestic and international. You could be based anywhere in India to apply and the role involves no relocation.

We are looking for candidates with:

Between 2 to 4 years of corporate experience; understanding and working with complex human systems, behaviors and organizational processes
Experience in learning workshop facilitation
Proficiency in MS office and G-Suite equivalent – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Comfort with written communication in English
Knowledge of your subject of formal education

Preferred additional skills and qualifications that would support performance in the current role include:

Comfort with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bitly
Professional certifications in psychometric tools, learning or diagnostic frameworks, or facilitation
Proficiency in qualitative and / or quantitative research methods
A Masters degree or higher qualification in any of the social or behavioral sciences
